Why She is in the Moral Scaling Purgatory?[]

While her crimes more than enough pass the heinous standard for her attempting to destroy the Central World and later the entire multiverse, she can't be morally ranked yet as she was mostly an Generic Doomsday Villain for most of the story until the recent Volume 22 revealed (viva spoilers) she has now gained an personality and moral agency, meaning she can't be proposed Inconsistently Heinous anymore and it is unclear if she is PE or NPE or still IH due to the Light Novel 22 being unaccessible to English speaking audience meaning no idea what new preventions she has and/or if possible she looses all of preventions, meaning she can't be morally scaled until 22 Light Novel is available to the English speaking audience to learn of any new preventions or if she looses all redeeming qualities.

Had the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series been brought up into Moral Ranking Community more early before the events of Volume 22, Ivaragé would've been proposed into Inconsistently Heinous Wiki before it's release.
When Volume 22 is accessible through an fan translation or official released to be read, she would be able to be morally ranked as PE, NPE or sill IH depending on how many preventions she has or loose them all.
